Dr. Palmer has been my son’s doctor since he was a baby, and we truly couldn’t ask for anyone better. Over the years, he has consistently shown so much patience, understanding, and genuine care. He always takes the time to listen to our concerns, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure we feel comfortable with every decision regarding our son’s health. It means so much to have a doctor we completely trust. Dr. Palmer takes awesome care of my son, and we are so grateful for his dedication and compassion. I also want to mention that the staff is absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always welcoming especially Vanessa she’s the allergy doctor she’s awesome very kind and sweet! My kids go to see Jessica Conklin ever since we moved here from Albuquerque. We always establish with one pediatrician. I highly recommend her . Jessica has known my kids conditions and their well-being ever since 2017.

San Juan Pediatrics is one place I trust to take my kids to when they need healthcare. All the Drs and medical staff are wonderful and very respectful. It's always clean as well. I appreciate the staff there for all they do for our kids. Especially Dr. Jonathan Palmer. He's the best! I been taking my 2 kids there for almost 10 yrs. And if something needs to be done that SJ Peds can't do they always give us a good referral to another place. And the ladies who handle the front are always professional. Dr.Palmer is very knowledgeable of mental and behavioral health care issues ! I appreciated the resources and course he put us on to start a program that will help my child get the therapy and service he needs to live a joyful childhood

Medical assistant was rude. Didn't seem like she liked her job. But the provider was so concerned about the needs of my child. Im thankful she was seen the same day.
