Dr. James Andre is truly the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. He’s incredibly thorough during every assessment, asks the right questions, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell he’s extremely knowledgeable and highly intelligent, but what really stands out is how kind and professional he is in the exam room. He makes you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. Honestly, I only come to Sanitas because of Dr. Andre — I trust him completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

absolutely horrible experience and I haven’t even stepped foot in the building yet. I got insurance with my employer that directed me to here. everyone who answers the phone for appointments is in a huge call center where you can hear other conversations going on in the back. everyone is reading off of a script and is not competent enough to understand simple concepts. talking on the phone with them the past few times has honestly been infuriating and I consider myself a calm person. I got a voicemail two days before my appointment saying that the doctor they scheduled me with actually doesn’t work there so I need to call and reschedule. they should have tried to make up for their mistake and this huge inconvenience and just scheduled me for a similar time. yet when I called today to confi

Wow..wow..and Wow! I must say that the provider James Andre NP was very informative and made my mother feel like she was listened to and her concerns were addressed. After dealing with some of the other providers with Sanitas I must say James was the most thorough.

I been calling and talked to about 5 customer service to help me to get my medicine all that time. They never sold my issues or any of my problem, I even called the pharmacy and they said they don't have any records of my medicine that being sent there so from my experience, I I'm not happy about it at all.. And all those five customers service that I talked to , they said they were gonna send it but all that time , the palmerston never received anythin. I never have any call from the pharmacy.For me to pick up my medicine and then I'm supposed to have appointment with you guys within weeks, and it's almost weeks on bad to see you guys again and I still don't have any tap medication.Any top of my medication have I not been picked up

My daughter went there with shoulder and back pain. She was then sent for an MRI. When she went back for her results the doctor said there were no problems at all. She then got the actual results from the MRI office and it said that she had a bulging disc exactly where the pain was bothering her behind her shoulder blade. The doctor lied and probably never looked at the results at all. We will NEVER go back to this place again. Very disappointed with a "medical professional" who doesn't do his job!
