I’ve been coming to Dr. Nidia Elis Rodríguez Villanueva for over (2) years now, and let me tell you, she’s top tier. She actually listens, takes her time, and makes sure you understand what’s going on. You don’t feel rushed, you don’t feel like just another number. She makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for every single visit. And Brayden? Solid. Professional, respectful, and always on point. He keeps everything smooth and makes the whole experience easy. The entire staff has great energy, welcoming from the second you walk in. It’s hard to find a doctor who combines knowledge, patience, and real compassion the way she does. I had an excellent experience at Sanitas Medical. The entire staff is super professional and the service was very quick, which I really appreciated. Same-day lab work made everything even more convenient. Above all, I want to highlight my doctor, Dr. Nivia Elis Rodriguez Villanueva. She is truly exceptional. She was so sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. I felt heard, understood, and completely comfortable, which is something I’ve honestly never felt to this extent with any other doctor. She took her time and made sure all my concerns were addressed. She also connected on a personal level, which usual you get doctors that go in and out all rushed. My experience @ Sanitas Medical Center St. Cloud, FL was excellent, everyone is kind and helpful. They are great with appointments, wait is not long. Dr. Nivia Villanueva Rodriguez to me is an excellent g doctor she is sweet, kind and patience. She takes her time to listen with any situation of my health concerns and any questions I have she answers so I understand and treats my health problems. Also, I have to mention Brandon he is very sweet and kind before seeing the doctor he writes down every concern and problems that you have and makes you feel comfortable before seeing the doctor. I've been a patient here for over a year, I loved the office but now my job has changed my insurance and they do not take my new provider. Understandable, however today I was highly disappointed because my pharmacy can not fill my prescription because a prior authorization is needed. I've been taking this medication for over a year but due to the new insurance they need this survey completed. This has nothing to do with insurance but is the doctor verifying the medication is needed for me but to my surprise Sanitas told me they can't and won't help me with that because they only work with Florida Blue so basically find a physician who can help me. A process which does not happen quickly and there is absolutely no concern for how long i will be without my medicine.

UPDATE: I have gone back and forth via email with their “corporate” and boy this company has some HORRIBLE customer service. This is a medical facility where people should feel safe. This office delayed patient care and did the complete opposite. I have documentation to prove as well. Throughout this process that was lengthy to receive any feedback about my complaint. The woman I dealt with basically told me I’m a liar… so multiple pharmacies & my insurance company are also liars too? This office is the WORST! I wouldn’t even give 1 star if possible. The office staff is incompetent. The doctor himself is wonderful. I have been delayed care for a serious medical condition. The office manager is a liar.
