Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital

I had an MRI done at Cottage Hospital and the experience was excellent. The entire process was fast, efficient, and very well organized. The staff were professional and made everything easy from check-in to the scan itself. What really stood out was how helpful the team was with my insurance. My approval was lagging, and the staff stepped in to help navigate the process so the appointment could move forward without unnecessary delays. That level of support made a big difference and showed they truly care about patients. Overall, great service, great staff, and a very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend Cottage Hospital for imaging services.

I have been admitted to SB Cottage Hospital twice in the past few months. The entire is staff of nurses, doctors and specialists are incredibly kind, caring and always attentive to my every need. They genuinely want me to be healthy and back at home again. They are always very communicative with each other regarding my status. I am so grateful to all of them. Also, the food awesome. So many healthy and well-portioned options for every meal!

Never seen a hospital like this one! Amazing staff, Doctors and Nurses made our tuff time bearable. Everyone checked in on me and I wasn’t the patient. My mom had the best care and team. ICU staff I can’t say thank you enough to you or find the words to say how grateful I truly am to you. The Doctors took the time to explain everything and even draw it out for me to understand better and were very patient with all my questions. Amazing hospital!

Interactions with roughly seven staff members from security through to the discharge nurse, Edith were pleasant and professional. ER visits generally suck, but the staff at Cottage Hospital made it a lot easier to get care. The Dr. Glenn made sure I was comfortable before the stitches went in. We are truly grateful to have such a great Hospital in our town. All the nurses were kind and professional..Kristy, Charles were especially helpful to me for three days. Hospital is very clean and has the best Doctors and services. The rooms are new and classy. Love the renovation! The food selection is large and delivered to our room. I felt very well cared for.
