They were so nice, and they were not busy when I went. I thought I had strep, turns out it was tonsillitis. They gave me the address to the nearest 24 hr pharmacy since it was already closing time for most pharmacies. I was in and out within 15, maybe 20 minutes.

I have been here multiple times for myself and my two children and no matter what day or time, we are seen and out the door within 20 minutes. The Dr. is wonderful and patient. I will never go back to my old urgent care. This is the go to place if you are in need of urgent medical treatment.

Been coming here for a while now but today wasn't a great visit. I walked in, there was one patient who was new still filling out paperwork, I am already on file, so i checked in easy, the other patient seem to be having an issue with her insurance benefits,through all this its been about 45 minutes no one has called me, as soon as the new patient was done verifying her insurance, the receptionist put her clipboard on the counter to be be called first, before me! I should've been called first because i was completed first, I was basically waiting on her to get her insurance information!

Visited the Rancho Cucamonga urgent care on a Saturday morning. The medical staff member named Brandon is a true gem and a gentleman. He was a total professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure for him to take care of me. I hope they keep him.
