We had a great experience at Sante of Chandler thanks to Arvin Belmonte. From the moment we arrived, Arvin was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. What really stood out was his positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent care. He treated everyone with kindness and respect, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he helps. Posting this for my mom. I wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge the exceptional care I received, particularly from Carolyn in wound care. She was truly unbelievable. When there were questions about a procedure the surgeon recommended and what would be best for me, she proactively contacted the surgeon to ensure everyone was aligned before my discharge. When home health care could not be arranged in a timely manner, Carolyn went above and beyond by coming to see me on her own time to make sure my wound was properly cleaned and rebandaged. Her dedication, empathy, and compassion are truly unmatched. I would also like to recognize Barb from the wound care team. I am highly impressed with the quality of care at Santé of Chandler. I like that each patient gets a private room equipped with TV, microwave oven, mini-fridge, table and two chairs, and love seat and ottoman, in addition to the bed. I was in good hands during my convalescence, treated with kindness and dignity by the well-trained workers, from the greeter at the front desk to the nurses and CNAs, the physical, occupational, and speech therapists, the case manager, the food service staff and the housekeeping crew. During my two-and-a-half months of rehabilitation, I grew steadily stronger, thanks to the personalized ministrations of Kathy, Maggie, and other therapists.
