The dr was nice enough, but getting my actual prescription filled has been impossible. The doctor prescribed me medication for sleep and anxiety. But the pharmacy never got the prescription. I have called back to this office 6 times, and gone in and spoken to the front desk twice. I STILL have not been able to get my prescription actually sent to my pharmacy. Instead of helping me with my anxiety, this office has caused me more anxiety then my job or my home life ever has. Im giving them one more chance before I consider it lesson learned, and just find a new doctor.
If you love yourself, don't go there, because I went to the consultation, I did all the tests, I had 2 x-rays done, it's been more than 3 months, they said they would call me to give me the results, they never called me, I called them, they gave me another appointment, every time it's like this until now I don't know what disease I have, I'm suffering the consequences of this hospital's incompetence.
I am absolutley disappointment of how I am been treated. I made an appointment for a zoom call to get my lab results, thinking that this is very convenient and I don't have to lose time at work. Unfortunatley, they first changed my appointment time without asking me firsts, then they want me to talk to a doctor I have never seen and who knows nothing about my medical history. When it finally was time for the appointment, I am stitting here, waiting for over 30 minutes for the doctor to join the meeting. I called the office only to be connected to a voicemail that doesn't want to record any messages. Then I called again, just to be told that the doctor is busy with another patient and will join me in about 10 minutes. That is the worst ever. What is the point of making an appointment if nob
This has to be the absolute WORST ORGANIZATION I have ever been too! A week has gone by and I don’t have my insulin. If I end up in the hospital, I WILL SUE! EVERYTIME you call, reception doesn’t have a clue who you area, they don’t understand you, you have to give your info more than 3-4 times. The guy I spoke to yesterday asked me what do I think they should do for me.. like huh? I only have this insurance because it’s the only one that was able and by this office being a Florida blue provider, I have no choice. Trust me, when open enrollment starts, I am leaving because this is too much!
NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN. The front desk was very unprofessional and barely spoke English. The nurse who took my vitals seemed like she didn't want to hear any of my concerns and was almost dismissive of what I had to say, she just took my blood pressure, temp, and left. The doctor that came in I could barely understand her accent was so thick. Once again, telling her my concerns and asking questions and got NO response like my questions and concerns were being ignored. The doctor said she would be filling a prescription at my local Walgreens. THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO!!!! I called and got some man on the phone who doesnt seem to know anything about what's going on, had to put me on hold 3 times.
