The woman that performed my massage was very nice and friendly. She asks about problem areas. She also asks about your daily work routine and job position and offers suggestions. The massage was not at all relaxing for me. I realized that it had been a while since my last massage and realized that there were going to be some problem areas. But I wanted a soft relaxing massage and the massage I received was definitely not relaxing at all. I came home sore and bruised. Not only was the massage disappointing, during the massage I kept getting told over and over to breath and to stop clenching and squeezing. I felt like I was getting scolded! The masseuse was very friendly and fun. I would only recommend going here if you need a very deep tissue massage tho. I haven't had a massage in a long time so I knew I would be tense but she definitely hit some spots that were extremely painful. Might have just been me tho. She said most people say she has very strong pressure so if thats what you need then I would definitely recommend her, but if you are looking for a softer more gentle/relaxing massage you might want to try someone else. I would go back though.

Sara was the person who did my massage. She said she had 12 years of experience. I asked for a relaxing massage. She focused on pressure points. I had to repeated ask her to stop trying to do deep tissue massage and pulling on my toes.

I purchased a 90 minute massage and called and texted to book the appointment. I ended up getting a refund because of how bad the customer service was before even stepping foot in the business.

Bought a Groupon for Four Winds and discovered it is just a new name for Sarenity, which I have been to before. Sketchy if you ask me. Was able to swap my groupon for a more reputable place. Before I figured it out, I had texted 4 times and emailed 2 times with no response.
