Schuckert Shoes

Ashram Adult Day Health Center began working with Schuckert Shoes based on recommendations from our podiatrist. Initially, Al Schuckert made a positive impression when he took over our shoe orders in November 2023. He provided necessary forms and catalogs, but the ordering process turned out to be lengthy and problematic. After a month of waiting, Al Schuckert visited our center to deliver the orders on March 8, 2024. However, since our clients were absent that day, we suggested he leave the orders, but he refused, insisting on fitting the shoes personally. This led to rescheduling. Complications arose with another order, where the vendor initially assured full insurance coverage but later demanded a copay of $169, causing the client to decline the order. One star is too much. Very disappointed in this place! After a good experience with them in Buckingham Greene, we thought we’d follow them to Warminster for shoes. Hard to find their tiny “store” in an office complex. Got there and there was a sign on the door…appointments only. Store locked. The website said “OPEN. Closing at 4 today”. No answer on phone. Has not returned my message. Spent over an hour going there and back. Will NOT return and will not recommend. Very poor business practice. Gale Bromberger
