Read some negative reviews but decided to make an appointment for a routine skin screening. As a nurse I felt how bad could it be? After arriving for my appointment scheduled for 740am and waiting 25 minutes to be brought back to a room with brief history intake by a nurse or tech (no name badge), the nurse practitioner quickly walked into the room and spent under 10 minutes “scanning” my body so fast, using a small light/magnifying glass, rattling off medical terminology to the nurse/?tech to type into her iPad. When I asked what the medical term was in relation to her rapid exam of my skin, she answered quickly saying if that’s something you want taken care of call the office for an appointment without further explanation. I have been going here for a few years now and have always had a great experience with the staff. The 3 stars comes from the new phone system put in place. It was impossible to get ahold of a live person, and I needed to reach someone regarding my appointment that day. I had also previously try to reach someone a few times and was unsuccessful. The staff have always been great to me though!

I strongly recommend pursuing other providers. We sought care here for a sudden skin issue affecting my husband. He was quickly diagnosed with eczema, despite no prior history. There was little effort to investigate further - even though we pressed. Requests for additional testing, labs and questions about alternative diagnoses were dismissed, and treatment was limited to prescribing creams. After months without improvement, my husband was eventually diagnosed elsewhere by a doctor who did thorough testing to get to the underlying issue. The initial misdiagnosis resulted in five months of unnecessary stress and discomfort. We would have expected a more thorough / thoughtful approach, especially when symptoms were persistent. Knowledgeable staff. Nice surroundings. Professional from reception till completion of appt. They are very busy, but most dermatology specialists are, so don’t be surprised if the waiting room is busy or your appt is short and sweet. I still feel as though I received excellent care.

Extremely aggravating that I can't just speak to a human being representative on the phone for a 2 minute conversation about a prescription. Insane that the only way to communicate is through bots.
