Went in for appointment, arrived early. After an extended period of time I asked when they could serve me. I explained that I couldn't wait much longer. Instead of asking more questions or explaining what was going on they started to process my refund for my co pay. Then I asked why she didn't consult with the doctor or nurse, after a few minutes the nurse came and said it would be another 1 to 1 hour 20 minutes. They were just going to let me sit there no communication.
2 hour wait before getting into a room. Filled out paperwork online, then again In person and then again in the room.must be very patient. I do have to say after 7 months he has been worth the wait.
Dr. Greenberg is an angel. I love him and his staff. He is so attentative and efficient. Dr. Greenberg repaired a botched surgery for a broken humerus. I would absolutely recommend him for any orthopedic needs.
Amazing Doctors and everyone at the office was very polite and responsive. My surgery was a success and healing process even better.
