Sean is a master at what he does. Technically, he is attuned and sensitive to my individual concerns and communicates openly about what he is observing and what he recommends. He's a good listener and will adapt his approach based on my needs. I love the relaxing experience of myofascial massage as well as traditional deep-tissue massage. Sean's frequent special offers make it easier to manage my "self-care" budget, too. Highly recommended! Also, very safe and respectful toward women who might not be used to having a male massage therapist.

Sean is, hands down, the best LMT I've ever had the experience of being treated by. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and provides fantastic explanations about cause and effect for injuries and exercises. He always left me feeling like I entirely understood the "why" behind all of his guidance with a friendly and fun tone. The entire office & staff has 10/10 vibes and I would not hesitate to go back for any other injuries or issues I have in the future. Worth the drive if you live further away!
