This review is not a reflection of the doctor, as we never had the opportunity to meet them. It is based entirely on the interactions with the receptionist while trying to schedule an appointment. My partner originally called the office in November 2025 regarding a specific hearing issue he had already been diagnosed with involving bone conduction. During that call, the receptionist said she wasn’t familiar with the condition but told him she would check with the doctor. She later called back and said they were “not sure” whether it was something the doctor treated but suggested scheduling a hearing test anyway. I can't thank the audiologist enough for her incredible kindness and professionalism. I had a last-minute emergency when my hearing aid got stuck deep in my ear, and she went out of her way to fit me in for an urgent appointment. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire process, making sure I was comfortable at every step. Her expertise and compassionate care truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of audiology services — she’s a true lifesaver!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Started with Dr Prow 7 years ago when I went in for Tinnitus. She ran a battery of tests and discovered that I also had a significant hearing loss in both ears. The set of hearing aids she prescribed seriously upgraded my quality of life. Incredible, really... and the hearing aids themselves are virtually invisible. I return regularly to ensure the aids are in good condition and for the occasional hearing test to keep my prescription up to date. I could not be happier and highly recommend. And, BTW, Lisa at the front desk is Super !!!

Dr Prow is really caring and knowledgeable. She has a long established practice. Her receptionist Lisa has also been with the practice a long time. Highly recommend if you need custom hearing aids.

I’m a professional musician and have had Dr. Prow make my ear impressions multiple times over 15yrs. She is excellent and has taken great care of me for my professional earplugs and In Ear Monitors. Highly recommend!
