Seed and Path

I have never left a Google review in my life, but this place is worth it. Seed and Path is the best therapeutic establishment I have had the pleasure of frequenting. The space is welcoming and calming, and it prioritizes comfort over flashiness. I love this place. Matt is exceptional, and you won’t want to go anywhere else after you work with him. He is a wonderful human being. He is very knowledgeable about the body to the point that if one thing doesn’t work for you, he’s got another option ready. He is incredibly talented, and I am so grateful for the relief he has provided for my pain. I could not speak of him more highly, and would recommend seed and path to anyone. It’s a place worth investing in.

Matt is amazing and he knows his stuff and he always listens to what I say and what is bothering me with my body, he also finds spots that I didn't know were hurting. Thank you for all you do Matt, you make a difference in my body when I have massages. ❤️🫂

Matthew was fantastic, I can't recommend him highly enough. I suffer from chronic pain and migraines. Physical therapy, dry needling and doctor prescribed medications were not helping at all. Not only did Matt work with me on some mindfulness techniques to alleviate stress and tension (which adds to my pain), but he took all of my needs into account and adjusted his therapeutic treatment accordingly. He offers a membership service, that I love, as it allows you to receive treatments throughout the month at a discounted rate. If you're looking for a specialist who will listen to and assess what you need, come up with a plan of action that meets you where you are and execute it with expertise, skill and professionalism, Matt is the one for the job.
