Serenity Now Massage

I had a massage today from LA and left totally relaxed. The room, bed, and music were comfortable and she used just the right amount of pressure for my sore muscles. I’ll go back!!

My experience with Ms LA was excellent. She provided an amazing massage that perfectly addressed my tension areas. Her technique was both skilled and intuitive. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend Ms LA for anyone seeking a quality massage.

I had an appointment with this massage therapist and she texted me and hour before to cancel and asked me if I could reschedule. Of course I was annoyed but life happens and I said sure no problem. The massage therapist picked the day, today June 2 at 5:00 pm. I said sounds great I will be there. I get to the appointment 10 minutes early to find the door locked. So I wait 10 minutes, still no one showed up. I called and texted several times finally leaving after waiting 45 minutes for the therapist to show. It’s now 7:30 pm, 2 1/2 hours after my appointment was supposed to be and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE THERAPIST. Not an apology, not some excuse, just Crickets!!!! Silence. I want a full refund. And I will tell everyone I know to never book an appointment at Serenity Now Massage.

My massage was absolutely amazing. I love her customer service skills and how she makes you feel so welcome. The space is very clean and smells good. You will not be disappointed. My massage started on time and was exactly 1hr. I booked the deep tissue massage and my lower back is thanking me. Thanks so much and I'll be back soon.
