Seven Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

I will never place my love one at Seven Oaks Rehabilitation Center again! She was neglected most of her time there. She was left in soiled clothing for hours even though calls were made to the nurses desk for assistance, she was found on several occasions unbathed for over 24 hours, and medication was not administered as prescribed which caused my love one came home experiencing side effects due to lack of medication. In addition, staff disrespected my love one by using profanity towards her. She was even sent outside on a 31° day with just a sweater on even though a coat and a hat were in her room. I pray for all of the comsumers there because this facility does not provide quality, respectful care.

My mother lived in this facility for over 3 years. She passed away last week and not one person from that facilities administration reached out to us to express condolences. That says everything about the facility.

I don't recommend it, seemed friendly at first , until you hear them giggling behind your back, they holler at the patients, force them to lay in their soiled beds, the food was horrible, service was very slow, I was lied to several times, and was told that they hadn't said things that I know they did, tried to make me out to be the crazy one. Don't put your loved ones in one of these places, as I believe they are all the same... Listen to the things you hear about these places, and believe it!

This is a very very horrible place to place your family member. The conditions are horrible it smells like strong urine from the moment you walk in the building. The staff changed the saturated and nasty linens of the bed without cleaning the bed down, also showers aren’t given regularly, when asked for a relative to get a shower they were looking for towels for about 20 minutes before returning to advise there weren’t any. Relative diaper was completely wet with urine that was on the patient for atleast a day. When asking about the food tray 30 minutes later because the roommate had already gotten their tray, I was told if I wanted to check the cart where the food has being held the rack and if I wanted to get out and hand to her that I can b.

The physical and occupational therapy departments are excellent! Each member of these departments are caring individuals dedicated to the success of each patient.. Their talents lie in their ability to personalize treatments according to what evert person needs!
