Her ability to feel the subtleties of where I hold tension and what muscles are inflamed without me verbalizing it to her, is truly amazing. I went to Sheena about a year ago for one massage, it was a gift from my husband.  I'd always wanted to keep getting massages regularly, however, had a hard time justifying the time and cost.  Fast forward to the holidays when I started to realize how tired I was, how I have been caring for others, and not caring as much for myself. Sheena is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is an inviting and warm person and has a strong intuition into her clients needs and wellbeing.
