I have had very good experiences with the doctor and nursing staff at SPOC. However, my recent interaction with the front office was extremely disappointing. When I called, Emma answered the phone and asked several questions, her responses were rushed and without care. I politely asked for her name, she responded, “Why are you asking for my name?” This was unnecessary and unprofessional. The front office is the first point of contact and represents SPOC. Especially during the holiday season, kindness, respect, and basic customer service are essential. I truly hope management will address this, because the clinical staff is excellent and deserves a front office that reflects the same standard of care.

Absolutely awful experience from the start. A litany of mis-communication, non-communication, lying about trying to communicate. Completing unnecessary pre-op procedures to pad the insurance claim. If I could give a minus star rating I would!

Great experience, Dr. Hill I would highly recommend.
