Update. It gets even better. So their driver Garet shows up today acting like he wanted to try and fix the situation. Unfortunately he has a lot to learn about customer service. After defending the other driver he then continues by insulting me when I argued. He actually had the nerve to tell me to watch how I spoke to his drivers. Maybe if his drivers could read and follow directions and then not be a jerk when they mess up it might help. I guess after disrupting my house hold I'm not allowed to be upset. It's pretty simple. Don't be a jerk and you won't get cussed at. Something about having to watch my mother die like this makes me very intolerant of other people's lack of common sense.
