Both of our kids were patients at Simi Orthodontics, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Pam, the office manager, is incredibly kind, organized, and flexible. She helped us schedule appointments easily around our busy schedules and handled billing, including a dental insurance switch, with ease and understanding. Anytime one of our kids had a dental issue that required coordination between their office and our dentist, the communication was seamless. Dr. Simi and his staff are always supportive and make their patients feel comfortable — our kids never resisted going to an appointment, which says a lot for an orthodontic office!
