Simon’s Drugstore

I am not a person who writes reviews. I have been dealing with Merna for quite some time, and have been remiss in thanking her for all of her dedication and hard work. I include all of the staff in this review. She is incredibly responsive from the moment you approach her. She will take the time to get to know you, and in my case, approach me with patience and accuracy. She knows the scope of my medication, and makes sure I understand how and why I am taking it. Basically, underlining what my doctor has said and prescribed. It is rare to find people who know their job well, and care about the job they are doing. Again, this review has been long overdue and for the people out there who are looking for a safe pharmacy to land, this is the place.

I’ve never written a review in my life , not once in 63 years , because it always felt a bit cheesy. But this time is different. This pharmacist truly saved my life, and she did it without ever making a big deal about it. When I told my grandkid that I wanted to do something special to thank her for everything she’s done, she told me, ‘Start by telling other people what happened.’ So here I am. Merna, the pharmacist, is one of the most caring and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. She discovered that two of my medications and an herbal product should never have been taken together, and that this dangerous mix was actually causing my kidney failure. Merna at Simon’s Drugs in Niagara Falls is truly professional and a pleasure to deal with. She is a great listener, knowledgeable, and efficient, and she takes the time to provide excellent customer service. I felt well cared for and confident in her assistance. Highly recommend.

The staff at Simon's Drugstore are excellent. They are very knowledgable and friendly, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers! I've had a wonderful experience every time I have gone here. 10/10 would recommend!!
