Simply Beautiful Smiles of Rancocas Affiliated with The Smilist Dental

I would not recommend Simply Beautiful Smile of Rancocas. Zero stars. My dental insurance covers 100% of my routine cleanings, yet this office consistently attempted to charge me for services that were fully paid by my insurance. I personally reviewed the explanation of benefits and insurance payments multiple times—there was never a balance due. Despite this, the office repeatedly engaged in questionable accounting practices, which made me very uncomfortable. I will say the hygienists were always pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the dentists was completely unacceptable and ultimately the reason I never returned. This was my first time meeting this dentist. I highly recommend that no one goes to this dentist office. I was setting up a procedure to get everything taken care of and the individual called me for my insurance information. I gave it to the secretary and she told me if she had any questions she would let her office manager know. Her office manager gives me a call back and immediately asked me for my Social Security number without introducing herself! This is why I would never go to this company. When I call back to cancel out the appointment and Explain to the young lady that called me to please introduce yourself before you ask someone for their Social Security number. I had an emergency and Simply Beautiful Smiles saw me right away. They had an immediate solution to address my dental issue. The dentist was able to provide me with a treatment plan and they were able to begin treatment within two days.

I would NOT recommend. Believe me. And don't let the name of the business fool you! The office is filthy, equipment doesn't work, and they are completely unorganized when it comes to paperwork/billing. Just like everything else in the area, this is another business that is slowly going down the drain. The dentist, Dr. Osamani, seemed to be reserved, miserable and has a little attitude. Before I left her office, I asked for antibiotics. She recommeded Tylenol and Ibuprofen. A few days later I ended up in e-room with a bad tooth/gum infection. She should have prescribed them to me when I asked for them, instead of dismissing my infection. I called back several times and left message --no return phone calls at all! The doctors and the staff at Simply Smiles provide excellent care to their patients. On the other hand if you are overcharged, they give you the run around instead of reimbursing your money within a timely basis. I have been waiting two months and no call backs .
