Simpson Clinic

The shots at the clinic itself went ok. They are disorganized with paperwork and cannot find things, even though I verified the week prior that they had it. It is better to bring everything at the time of the visit (and send it also prior in an email). I was quite upset after the visit.. One of my dogs had an allergic reaction and I called several times,but no one got back to me (ever). I rushed her to a vet, so anything I saved on the vaccines I spent at a vets office. It was something very serious and they just ignored me. It is like a mill. They take the dogs in without the owner because it is probably quicker with no questions or discussion. Before they built their beautiful new building it was much better and I felt they cared. This is very cold. The place is clean. I probably will no
