Simpson Veterinary Services

We could not be happier with the services at Simpsons Veterinary Services. We had an emergency with or Lab Thatcher who needed surgery to take care of a puncher in a growth on his chest that we could not get to stop bleeding. Thatcher was in surgery within hours and the tumor was removed and he is doing great! The biggest thing about Simpson Veterinary service besides great care is the cost was very reasonable for the surgery. We felt all our concerns and questions where answered and being able to text them with updates/photos and concerns was very helpful.It saved having to keep taking Thatcher back unnecessary. Dr. Elizabeth Crowder is sensitive to not only the pet's needs, but also the emotional connection of the pet owner as evidenced when I had to take my cat, Macey Lynn, in for shots and checkup. Macey was scared, but both doctor and assistant were firm, but compassionate in their handling..

I had Georgie for three years, and he was my first cat. He was always a very different cat and unique in his own way. Sadly he ended up having liver failure and a large mass in his stomach which led to putting him down. All I can say is Meghan Helmer, and her assistant were excellent. They were so caring and understanding to where you could even hear them consoling him outside the room. I won’t ever take my cats anywhere else. This was my first time putting down an animal with my fiance, and they made communicating top priority which is what we needed. She has a kind heart and is very understanding. The reception ladies are also very knowledgeable and sweet. This place makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you and your animal are well taken care of. Thank you for everything.

Simpson Veterinary is by far my favorite vet. The staff is always super kind and attentive, and I especially like Dr. Helmer. I really believe that these are people who truly care about the pets they treat.

I applaud these ladies because idk how they do it everyday. We’re first timers here taking a pet to the vet(yeah shame on us). But they passed 0 judgement. They are empathic, they are understanding of financial burdens, they just genuinely care about you and your pet it’s very very clear they’re all good people.… I’ll never go to another vet clinic if I get another pet. I cannot recommend them enough ❤️
