I had a great experience at Skin Soul Harmony. My facial with Svetlana was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and professional, and very sweet girl! She explained to me every step and treatment she does and why I need it. Also she gave me recommendations for my skin care routine at home. I left place with beautiful glowing skin. Don’t mind the location! I went for the first time to Skin Soul Harmony over a week ago. The place is located in a basic strip mall, but in this case the saying “don’t judge the book by its’ cover” fits the best. Svetlana met me at the front and showed the way to the office. The office, which is a small room, is super cozy, welcoming and warm (with relaxing music, decor on walls and dimmed lighting). My appointment was booked for 1h 20 minutes and I definitely enjoyed every moment of it. After few questions about skin routine, Svetlana went to work. She didn’t ask if I wanted this or that, she just evaluated my skin condition and proceeded with what would be the most beneficial for my face. If you’re looking for someone who is available pretty much at any time of the day don’t look any further. I can’t come during regular hours and Svetlana was able to find a spot for me late in the evening. She responds within a couple of minutes if you text her. Also, I had to bring my son with me and she had some games/toys for him so he was busy for an hour and a half, I forgot he was next to us. The salon/room located in a plaza which has lots of free parking spots. The room itself radiates relaxation and is so beautiful. Svetlana is always on time, professional and will help you out with any skin care advice. Everything is clean and disinfected. Enjoyed every minute of my facial massage and signed up for a facial massage course afterwards. Would definitely recommend. Sveta is very professional, up to date with the skin care trends, gentle, uses organic and natural products. The place is clean and pleasant. Texts with the appointment confirmation and always on time. The facial massage course gives my skin lift, helps reduce pigmentation (she applies masks) and helps my goal of avoiding Botox or any other injections since massage promoted collagen production on its own.
