Skylands Urgent Care Flanders

This urgent care is amazing! The facility is exceptionally clean and the staff is nice. They are efficient and get me on my way! Most recently I was treated by Oksana Badanina, she was amazing and I felt so comfortable with her. I will continue to come back here!!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is so nice, but I only got to sit for a minute because they were that quick! Lindsay was wonderful and I was taken care of in 15 minutes and on my way to the pharmacy. Highly recommend just as this place was highly recommended to me!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service, the blonde woman seems like the Dr on the picture didn’t even want to see my mother, told us to go to the ER , nothing they could do , didn’t even try , seems like they more worried about aesthetics than treating real sick patients. Never again. I don’t know why they would call this an urgent care if you can’t even be seen when needed and get turned right around at the front desk. They should consider taking all patients seriously and with integrity.

My doctor was amazing and they prescribed me Everything I needed. I was advised to how long I would be waiting and how many people were in front of me until my turn. The check-in staff was lovely and the doctor was absolutely exceptional. I felt seen, the first time in urgent care. I have had a lot of past experiences with poor urgent care doctors and I felt taken care of here. Would definitely come back again and recommend this specific location.

Wonderful experience! Lindsey was the provider and she was so patient, and provided great care to my daughter. Such friendly staff, too. Was seen very quickly as well. Definitely will return if need be!
