Completely useless. The only reason they get one star is so I can leave a review. After waiting a month and a half and a half a dozen or so phone calls my insurance provider as yet to hear from them. Moving on to a supplier recommended by my provider. Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. It's a good thing that sleep apnea is not a life threatening condition.

The office end of this operation is abysmal. They scheduled me over top of another patient, thus resulting a call 1hr before the appointment to inform me they would not be able to see me at all. Prior to this incident, after waiting 2 weeks for them to file paperwork with my insurance I got a call that informed me I would have to get paperwork sent to them because they couldn't get anyone to send them what they needed when they called my primary physician. After all of this I was forced to take an appointment in Rockville to be seen before next month. After months of waiting for testing and diagnosis I finally got documentation for a cpap machine and a restful night of sleep, only to have to deal with the ineptitude of the office staff. Charice at the front dezk, and Andi, the therapist, are employees who go SO FAR above and beyond to make their patiennts comfortable, happy, informed and treated for what ever their need to see them was.
