I have spent more of my life in hospital care then living life and never had every single person that has been assigned to my case sit there and listen to what I had to say which is probably abnormal however I am now getting the best health care I could possibly get because of the fact that everyone is listening to me and what I'm saying. You've never had a positive experience at the hospital before but this one is absolutely the opposite of that it's absolutely amazing and I'm healing and getting better so I just feel like I'm on a lucky streak right now instead of course something could absolutely go back to the way that it's always been but I feel like for my case, I just might be able to heal from all the problems that I have with my health and accomplish something in my life how aweso

Physician was fantastic. However, parking and actually getting to see the doctor was challenging. I had to check in at FOUR different locations! I liked the old location much better. It was easier to get to the physician. Edit: (Aug. 2025) Unfortunately the check in process and the parking situation has not improved. Because of this I am decreasing my rating from three stars to two. When I arrived at the dept. for my appointment a woman in a wheelchair and neck brace were waiting. When I went to make sure I was checked in on the floor, the son approached the receptionist and said he and his mom were waiting an hour and her name was not called. The receptionist checked her computer and told the son that they were marked as "no shows" and their appointment canceled because they mu

Best hospital in the St. Louis Metropolitan area in my opinion. Wonderful doctors.

In the 3 years since I posted a 5 star rating, my opinion hasn't changed. It has always amazed me that one person can have such a bad experience, while others have great ones. We have been seeing Dr Goyal in oncology for years and she is simply the best, and a wonderful woman, as is her staff. I highly recommend her or if your needs are orthopedics, Dr Matthew Lindsey. A very skilled and knowledgeable person with a great sense of humor. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and we would go to no one else but a SSM Dr.

Thank you Dr. Chen for making sure my lip has healed well! So happy I am not needing surgery anymore!
