The script for my medication was sent 2 weeks ago. Today, after not hearing anything, I called the phone number provided to me. The person who I spoke with was kind of rude, but I brushed it off. I send over all of the insurance information through their text message line, as requested around 11:30 am, with no response. At 5:30 pm, I recieve a text message from them saying "THAT'S A COUPON WE NEED THE PRIMARY INS FIRST", when I had already sent over my insurance information. I resent the primary insurance information and I asked why they were yelling, they said verbatim "sorry my keyboard was in all caps" and then told me I needed to call my insurance and ask for more information before they could see if SmartCare could fill my prescription...(and I thought "is that not your job as a

I would give 0 stars if this was an option. The address for shipping was constantly messed up causing my son to miss days of his medication. Their response was to never correct the issue just to call FedEx. They charged my insurance and charged me for medications that were not delivered. What a horrible nightmare of an experience. I sent messages that at first were answered but the issue not corrected. Then they quit answering completely. Had their "shipping" department call me to tell me the address was correct - when FedEx clearly told us the addresses were wrong and undeliverable. The way my pleas for the medication to be fixed were ignored - I was able to switch to a reputable pharmacy only to be told this pharmacy was still billing my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for the m

Definitely great customer service and always there to answer questions and concerns- all the staff are friendly & I would recommend over any chain pharmacy any day,- highly recommended, and appreciate the friendly atmosphere.

My husband started to have the service of SmartCareRX a few months ago and I very satisfied with the service. SmartCareRX has the medication that my husband started using in liquid. Good 👍 service, now I don’t have to go through the pharmacy, it’s delivered to my house. Thanks 🙏.

Absolutely wonderful. The whole staff. Especially Lillian. She went out to help us when we needed it. They always answer and call you back. And the prices are amazing low.
