Thanks to this amazing team I had work done, I had 5 filings done and a extraction. It was a team effort. Amazing dentist office organized, clean, and friendly! They also worked with my schedule and found something that worked for me. Thanks to the team who worked with me Joselyn, Melanie, Kayla, Tiara, Dr. Nadig and Dr. Doescher! I will be coming back!

I have never been more disappointed in a dental office than I am with Smile Team. What should have been a straightforward crown placement after a root canal turned into months of delays, disorganization, poor communication, and ultimately unethical conduct. Smile Team failed to submit my insurance pre-authorization correctly, causing significant delays. I only learned my claim had been approved because I contacted my insurance company, who informed me it had been approved weeks earlier. When I called to schedule my crown appointment, I successfully booked it, only to receive a call days later from Smile Team asking to schedule the exact same appointment, demonstrating serious internal disorganization. Well after having a bad experience at an old dentist I heard about the smile team from a friend. I am very happy with my experience now and will be bringing my kid next time. Excellent customer service! The front desk was really pleasant and patient. I think her name was Jane. The assistant was really nice and Doc Laura was the best at explaining and not rushing me through and helping me make the best plan for my care. I will be back! 😁

They told me intro services would be free with or without insurance. I received a text bill so went back to ask them what this is right away after my appointment. The man at reception said don't worry about it it'll go away. I later received another text bill, called and was told the same thing by the woman. This kept happening and I kept calling. Now I got notice they're sending it to collections - why can't they fix their system?

The front desk staff was pleasant and the service was speedy, but unfortunately my trust in this clinic is lacking. The office was very busy and there are small dividers between each work station. In the chaos, nobody re-confirmed my DOB or even my name to confirm they were seeing the correct patient. My cleaning was VERY quick and seemed to only be a simple water floss (which I could have done at home), I still have plaque on my teeth that they did not even attempt to scrape off. A dentist who I have never met before very quickly introduced herself and indicated that I would need a filling (which would be my very first one) but did not show me the X-ray or even indicate which tooth.
