Snyders Drug Store

Im not usually one to write reveiws, but Ive experienced a few issues now. There have been a few times my dogs medications have not been filled on time, or they do not have them in stock, but I am not notified of this until days later when I go to pick it up. (He is on seizure meds so these are important not to miss a dose.) Now today, I picked up one of his mediations, only to get home and discover they were the wrong kind of that medication. I called to notify the pharmacy to get them swapped for the correct kind, stating no rush, no worries, and that I had a few days worth of doses left. I was placed on hold for 10+ minutes and then rudely asked "Why did I not say anything when I picked them up?" I was given excellent and really thorough help for my problem by Stella, one of the pharmacists here. I wasn’t sure what product to use for my issue, and after trying basically everything (I thought) for the past couple of weeks, I didn’t want to buy another useless product that doesn’t help. She showed me the best one for my situation and gave me really good advice to make sure I took it properly. It solved my painful, 2-week problem in about 15 minutes. So grateful!

Pharmacy said they could get my medicine then I paid the doctor money to send the script. I called them to pick it up a few days later and they said they weren’t gonna buy that and good luck getting it anywhere else. Poor business dude is rude and probably shouldn’t be managing that store👎🏼 save your money go somewhere that takes care of the customers!

The employees at Snyder Drug in Harvey have always been wonderful! You feel the positive energy when you walk through the door. The pharmacists are always very helpful- they’re like family! We’re so lucky to have a drug store right here in Harvey. And the green house in the spring is fantastic!!!

Snyder was very clean. The young lady at the checkout was kind. The layout of the store was easy to navigate and there was clear and clean lighting. The store was NOT overstocked, with products covering the floor or walkways.
