It was within the last couple of weeks that I called and I was told that I could not be assisted as I had mass health listed for my primary form of insurance. There was no talk or any offers of payment options and it felt as if by asking for help I was not considered due to my inability to compensate in financial aspect. This unfortunate news was not at all unexpected yet even a "hey maby try this" would have been greatly appreciated.
