Wow Sheila was absolutely exceptional. Her hands are very intuitive. Her strokes are strong and smooth. She was efficient, and accomplished a lot of work in a single session. Her transitions between muscle groups were seamless. I've experienced a lot of massages, and it's easy for me to say you won't find a better therapist than Sheila. I have been seeing Sheila for over 10 years and she is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been too. She helped me recover from 4 herniated discs without surgery and I now see her for regular maintenance. She understands the muscle tissue and is able to work the problem areas to correct and align the body. I went through structural integration and couldn’t believe the difference it made including not needing to wear orthotics any longer. We refer patients to Solace on a regular basis and are pleased with all the massage therapist.
