Sonya, Williams, FNP

Sonya is amazing! I went to her for years(my name was Reed then) when she was in the Sneads Ferry location. Hoping to move back to NC next year and will travel to see her for sure. I highly recommend her, she is the most caring and funny health care provider you will meet.

Sonya Williams is absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional, but more so she actually cares. She has a wonderful bedside manner and really takes care of her patients. I'm so upset that she is no longer here.

Our daughter had an appointment for 10:30 was not seen until 11:45. Dr. Williams apparently didn’t like my husbands Trump shirt and told him he could wait outside if he was going to wear that shirt. She looked at our daughters mouth , made her diagnoses and when our daughter asked a question said “ Maybe you need your ears cleaned too” . Very unprofessional, very rude .

Had an appointment at 2:20. Waited an hour in the lobby till I complained. Was taken back to exam room, receptionist got weight, no vitals. I then sat in the exam room for another 30 minutes. This is ridiculous! I can see if I was a walk in , but I had an appointment. I feel like sending them a bill for my time! One and one half hours wasted!!

Dr Williams was great to me I was able to get my brace for my wrist and I actually enjoyed my appointments. So sad she won’t be working there anymore.
