I’ve been to many massage therapists across different countries and styles, and Christina is truly exceptional. Her bodywork is outstanding. She intuitively found and released every knot and deeply relaxed muscles I didn’t even realize were holding tension. She listened carefully to my cues on pressure and worked on my body in a way that felt both personalized and transformative. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely restored. Christina has a gift!! I had the custom 90 minute massage and it was just what my body and soul needed. Her touch was just right, loved her calm presence and guidance with breathing. She got rid of so much tightness, and the head massage felt amazing! I’ve also had the Thai massage from her and I loved it! She focused on my pain and tension areas, especially my persistent shoulder tension, and I could literally feel it releasing in real time while she worked. She used a mix of deep work, hot stones, and oils, and her pressure and technique were exactly what I’ve been looking for. I am a massage snob. Christina is the first massage therapist I have found in over 20 years of receiving massages that can give consistent firm pressure, truly listens to you and what your body says, and managed to give both relaxing and healing massage. I came in for a prenatal massage. I had been dealing with migraines for a months, tried a different massage therapist (plus chiro and acupuncture and it and meds). Nothing was working.
