Sound Access

When I decided I wanted to finally get a pair of custom fit earplugs, London took great care of me. She was patient explaining the pros and cons to all the different options and helped me work out what would work best for someone like me who enjoys going to long running shows (4+ hrs). I ended up picking two pairs of Sensaphonics ER Series Musicians Earplugs. They’ve both been very comfortable at all the shows I’ve enjoyed this summer. I find myself switching between the 25dB and 15dB versions regularly to match where I’m at in the venue and it’s made a huge improvement to the sound quality I’m getting from a live show.

Went in to be fitted for and order custom in-ear monitors. London was great. She tested my hearing, made the molds and placed the order for me. When they arrived from JH Audio she also made sure they fit correctly. Would very much recommend if you are getting custom in ears.

Working with London at Sound Access was a fantastic experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and makes a very comfortable experience while having foreign objects put into your ears. I’ve had my ears tested, custom ear plugs, and in ear monitors done with Sound Access. Every time I work with London it’s a great experience. I definitely recommend getting all your auditory needs taken care of with Dr. Gleghorn.

Great experience with Doctor London. The musician earplugs work great! I am in two bands and wear them for every rehearsal. The first time I wore them I notice my singing was better. Having a drummer it’s always too loud and I feel the need to shout. Not with these in everything just feel much more clear and relaxed. Making me play better. Doctor London helped me with writing writing a doctor’s note so I could get my health coverage to cover the cost. Insurance can be a pain but Doctor London was very helpful. She rewrote a note to help get these covered. Ear protection is important especially around loud instruments. I am so glad I got these. Thank you Doctor London!

We SO APPRECIATE London. Her approach is thorough, thoughtful and responsive. My husband has a profound hearing loss and we’ve been through “a LOT” of places over the years and never before have we walked out of appointments so impressed and grateful. Highly recommend.
