Please believe all the negatives reviews you read. This place is very unprofessional, rude workers. First time I brought my kids in for exams, the workers bickered with each other about the work that needed to be done as if no customers were in the room. I placed orders for glasses the day of their appointment and it has been two months that i still have yet to receive them. No calls and I when I showed up 10 mins before closing, they already had their door locked, said they were closed and refused to let me in. Leave this place as your only last resort. No physician in the building puts the cherry on top to not go here.
Last week Tuesday, my mom had an appointment at this location. My dad took her, and neither my parents speak English. They both understand, and my dad speaks it very little. The less than amazing person "greeting" customers told them that she could not assist them because they did not know English. My dad proceeds to call my brother to help translate, my brother speaks to the lady and she tells them that she will not take care of them if they do not speak English. I understand if she doesn't know a lick of Spanish, but her rudeness and lack of effort, is heart breaking. I truly hope that she never finds herself traveling somewhere and her not being helped because she doesn't speak the language. Learn to be kind whoever you were. Today was my first time visiting the office and my experience was terrible . The girl in the front desk has no business being there, she isn’t kind at all and full of attitude for no reason. The front desk girl and the other clerk were gossiping while we were in the waiting room. It annoyed me how bad they spoke about us for coming in at 1:19 when our appointment was at 1:20. I called prior to see where the location was due to google sending us to an assisted living facility. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they clean up house…… sadly I didn’t get to see the doctor because I walked out. If a manager of this establishment would reach out to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
This office is nonetheless terrible in staff & organization. Went in & waited an hour to be seen from initial appt time. It has been 2 weeks since my visit & I still have not received my contacts and/or when they will be in. Initially I was told it would be 7-10 business days. Staff is unorganized and unprofessional. They NEVER answer the phone. I mean, they never answer. Being in my appt, all staff members would hang up the phone, immediately put a call on hold & leave it, and or blandly not answer. Whoever does answer the phone, is a woman with a terrible terrible attitude. Her greet off rip was so rude & she hangs up phone calls purposely. Do not recommend this place for services. Was the best choice with my insurance provider and cheap service is what you’ll get at this place.
I refrained from leaving a review after my initial visit because I wanted to give this office the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience has only confirmed that this establishment is severely lacking in professionalism. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM. I arrived on time, only to find that the staff was just arriving themselves. Lights still off, doors barely open. Throughout the visit, the employees openly complained about being short-staffed and spent most of their time gossiping about a particular coworker. The office itself was visibly unkempt, lacking both cleanliness and any sense of professionalism or customer care. The final straw came when I returned to pick up my glasses.
