Southcoast Health Urgent Care

No one ENJOYS going to the urgent care, but if you have to, this is the best place to go! I had the best experience here. The receptionist Mrs V. was very nice & super helpful. The nurse and the doctor were both very caring, non-judgemental providers who took my issue and worries very seriously. I left with such a feeling of relief. Come here!!

John Acord, NP and his colleagues were absolutely phenomenal. Strep before Thanksgiving was not on my list of fun things to do in the coming days but the team at SCH helped to take the stress away. Waiting times were incredibly doable and I received the upmost respect and attention from the minute I walked inside. Thank you all!

The comment made from “ tra leid “ is completely inaccurate. The staff here are respectful and treat all of their patients the same. He was extremely disrespectful to this staff member by essentially dismissing her as she was answering a question that was asked, which he admitted to in his review, therefore he was asked to leave and at which point the staff member was called a racial slur because he did not get his way and is obviously a disgusting human. Please do not believe everything that you read. He had extremely threatening body language as well.

Went here in June for severe foot pain. They did X-rays and said it was just a sprain. I asked if I could get a boot because I could barely walk but they said “sorry we don’t give boots unless there’s a fracture.” Gave me an ace wrap and sent me on my way. Update: my foot WAS broken with torn ligaments and now I need surgery. So thank you for your help! maybe if I was put in a boot when I went and you saw it was broken then I wouldn’t need surgery.

Susan Jenkins, NP is an absolute angel. She is so kind and truly wants to help her patients. I had a great experience at this urgent care. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.
