I was super nervous for my wisdom teeth extraction!!! I had the most amazing experience.. I went in so nervous and heart was pounding. The assistant made sure I was so comfortable and gave me advice I felt like I knew her and was friends with her. She was so kind. I went under general anesthesia and I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Crawford did an amazing job extracting and making sure they were all stitched up with dissolvable stitches. They gave me a baggie full of recovery accessories and they even gave me a rose at the end as I was walking to the car. An amazing team and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! Definitely recommend them 10000x.

I had a wonderful experience here, well as good as you can when having a tooth pulled haha! Dr. Cooper was so kind and explained everything he was doing. He answered any questions I had and took his time, making sure everything was done properly! I did not feel rushed at all and the whole staff was amazing! 100% recommend these guys!!

I had a partial wisdom tooth removed today, and the whole experience went well from the consult to the end result. The consultation went really quickly, not from being rushed, but just that the surgeon seemed very experienced and the supporting staff had everything prepped well. For the surgery itself, I think I was there for like 45 minutes from when I checked in to when I left. I was kind of freaking out about it once I got there, because I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past, but the staff calmed me down. Multiple people checked on me, got me oxygen and helped get my vitals locked back in to normal ranges. Everybody was really punctual based on their roles. My experience here was the most positive experience ever!! They were so easy to communicate with over the phone and were 100% transparent about pricing which is not always the case in most settings like this (at least in my experience) and every little detail throughout the process. Dr.Crawford was amazing when it came to my wisdom tooth surgery. I was so nervous about the iv sedation and he made me feel so comfortable it barely even hurt. The surgery went amazing, super quick. The rest of the staff was top notch making sure I felt comfortable the whole time, even giving me a blanket post surgery because I was cold. I went to a consult at the Windham office. I almost walked out after experiencing the extremely rude and inconsiderate front desk, x-ray tech and intake dental assistant. What is going on there??! It’s like walking into the twilight zone. The xray tech didn’t adjust the machine properly so it was hitting my shoulders when trying to take the xray. When finished, she told me to step back and the way the machine was lowered down, it caught my two front teeth, like it was going to rip them out. She said “go across the hall to the room”. I’m standing there with the xray protection stuff on and was like.. “do you want this stuff back?” And laughed because at this point it felt like a joke.
