St. Catherine of Siena Diagnostic Imaging

I had to go to the Radiology department as part of a pre-op approval process. While there I had the pleasure of meeting Lissette and was under her care during my visit. She was professional, knowledgeable and calming. As someone who always worked under the guidelines of Treat Everyone the way you would want your family to be treated, she exemplified that and was noticeably above and beyond what you might expect in these situations. The whole process went well and I would definitely come here again if need be.

Asked to arrive 20 minutes prior. I was 30 minutes early. Checked myself in via kiosk. Watched through the crack at the desk where a clerk sat. At my appointment time, the window opens and I'm handed additional paperwork to fill out. Why was i asked to arrive early if they were not opening. In my opinion it's lack of courtesy.

My wife had a most excellent experience and made me post. She said the techs and the doctor were on point. Really impressed!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Staff unpleasant and unhelpful both in person and on phone . Have been there twice, will not go back
