I have had nothing but positive results here wether I’m being admitted or just an er visit .they have set me up with fabulous specialist for everything I could need or want .i had a full hip replacement on Dec 15 and after going to rehab for 5 days I was home for new years and today 3/5/2026 I have finished my at home pt and have a solid no pain. Shout out to dr Heng. She’s an amazing surgeon

Timely appointment, friendly office staff, caring, highly qualified doctor with good communication skills. What’s not to like? Post total hip replacement surgery, day 18: Walking normally. Walked dog. Slightest pain in quad muscles and a little numbness around incision. Endured more pain 2-3 days a week than any pain I experienced from surgery. Dr. Werger and his team are miracle makers. Thank you. David Chalmers

The only reason why we go there is Dr Smith. Documentation is not review fast enough, and follow up for approvals on the workers comp cases are never done. The only reason we have gotten the appointment is because I keep on checking on the adjuster and he gives me dates on when approvals have been sent and then I go back to the hospital and provide proof of approvals and then the appointments are scheduled. We would have stay at UMass Worcester, closer to home and the personal there was more efficient.

Three weeks after my initial consultation appointment with a surgeon, I went into surgery for a knee replacement. The staff at the hospital and the staff that worked for the surgeon were wonderful.. I could not have asked for better care and attention.. Once I went home, I was able to call the surgeons office and get all my questions answered.

Dr. Cluette is the best! Complete right knee replacement done, I was walking in the recovery room. Some pain due to my not following the Dr’s instructions. Recovery was easy as long as you follow the instructions & do the therapy. I strongly recommend Dr. Cluette at St. Elizabeth’s In Brighton if your sufferers for knee pain.
