I love the faculty especially the staff, I want to a especially thank a front desk staff with short hair she really nice and always greats me with a smile, she has gone the extra mile with me when I needed help. The other staff members are nice also so well spoken. Please keep up the good work

This place has been amazing, I been going here for 3 years the quality of care, follow up and concern has been amazing! The staff very patient and respectful to patients and each other. Dr Yating Lee is amazing and helping to change the quality of care we receive in Rockaway. The woman’s center is great clean again polite respectful staff! They provide quality GYN care help with Menopausal symptoms and mammograms! And I know tried and am in awe of the physical therapy unit. The therapist are thoughtful educators and encouraging!! They take their time and keep you updated on your progress. I recently had a knee replacement at HSS and chose here to get the physical therapy! I am so glad I did!!

i love and enjoy going to doctor Monica Newborn-Murphy the location is great and time times of them begin open is great. the staff at the location also is great. its very disappointing to know that they are trying to shut down the place.

The CLC nice clinic the staff is very respectful. I live in the Bronx and I came all the way to Far Rockaway And love the service they provided me, And very quick process.

Went here for 4+ years, finally had to leave -- they're just too sloppy to be in the healthcare trade. You sign up for your regular doctor for a physical etc then get someone fresh out of med school who doesn't know what they're doing. The last time, one of them carved up my arm -- leaving scars that lasted weeks -- for a simple blood sample. Look, it seems convenient because its in Rockaway but you're better off traveling elsewhere to get better care. Office operations are a mess as well (they don't know how to confirm an appt, change your pharmacy, or do anything useful).
