St. Louis Heart and Vascular

Dr Armbruster is a wonderful doctor. The low score is for absolute zero client service. If you have any kind of issue, you cannot get through to a human, but you have to leave a voicemail, which they will get back to you within 1-3days. Unacceptable, when you're talking about heart matters. I tried it called the generic number to speak to anyone, and it asked me to leave a message or a call back number because it's so busy. I would like to be able to speak to the doctor's office. I don't feel well cared for, because I cannot get through to a nurse or a Dr. Update: I have never received a call back. In the message I left, I had stated that I was having increasing symptoms and I was calling just as the doctor had instructed me to do. The people who work in this office simply do not care.

The scheduling at this place is beyond ridiculous. My very first appointment they called the morning of and asked if I could bump the time up an hour. I did so, only to then wait an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor. The echocardiogram tech stopped my test twice because she said she was responding to “silly memes” her daughter was sending her. Five days before ultrasound testing I get a call to reschedule. I call back and leave a vm but don’t get a call back. I call again and I’m told they can’t do the testing, and I need to find a place that can. I finally do and ask them to fax the orders. After calling twice, they only faxed one. I call back the next day and ask them to fax the other one. They don’t. I’m now on hold for 32 minutes asking a THIRD time to fax the order! Meanwhile, I

Dr Tamir is very kind and friendly but it all goes downhill from there. I needed a clearance letter for surgery because my family doctor performed an EKG and there was an abnormality. Dr Tamir performed an EKG on 9/ 13 and got the same results so he had me come back the next day 9/14 for an electro sonogram. My surgery was set for 10/10. Almost 4 weeks later. I never received a call from Dr Tamir regarding the results. And, although MULTIPLE calls and emails were sent to St L H & V by the surgeon, the surgery center, and I, NO ONE received a response. On 10/9 the surgeon was going to reschedule my surgery because no one had received the results. After suffering for several months already, I told the surgeon to wait a few hours AND I DROVE TO TAMIR’S OFFICE AND THREATENED A LAWSUIT

Easy to get to with the practice off of I-270. Ample free parking, efficient sign in process, no wasted time and I could spend valuable time with my cardiologist who is new to this practice.

Easy to get appointments, staff is efficient and very pleasant to work with. Nick and Dr Armbruster are both knowledgeable and up to date on individual patient's history. Have referred to several people, friend and patients alike. Highly recommend.
