St. Luke's Care Now - Brodheadsville (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

Setting the appointment was easy. I explained my symptoms, but she didn’t listen to me. I’ve had upper respiratory infections before. I knew I was getting one, and I wanted to catch it early. I was on vacation, out of the country for the past week. Feeling absolutely miserable, due to being advised to just use over the counter medication. I am not sure about returning, just for them to take my co-pay and send me out the door. Family Practice seems to be more understanding than the urgent care, unfortunately they were closed. I would not recommend friends and family to go here.

Recently was seen by a CRNP for a blister on my toe that was still not healing after 2 weeks and looking awful. I was given a med which clearly states side effects include severe anxiety, migraines and possible seizures. My health record without question says i suffer already from all three of these. Needless to say after these started along with stomach pain and irritability, i immediately stopped the med. I was also told to keep the wound completely dry and left uncovered to heal and sent to the Wound Center in a few days for better care than what according to the CRNP that could be facilitated by Urgent Care. I was told by the Wound Center nurses and dr I was clearly misinformed and never should have been told to leave the wound to air dry and exposed. They were clearly shocked to hear

I went in the egent care with alot of pain. I was attended to in less than 5 minutes. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The Doctor was very caring and showed empathy for my situation. He told me what I had. Prescribed medication and gave me a script for physical therapy. All in one visit. AWESOME!!!

I made an appointment online for urgent care. I was seen quickly & the prescriptions I needed were sent to CVS in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the care I received.

My recent experience was quite delightful. I have never had the opportunity to complete a work physical before. My encounter with Zeek, Whitney and Diane was truly remarkable. Their kindness, attention and knowledge were truly commendable.
