St. Luke's Care Now - Center Valley (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

Urgent care chose to see scheduled patients for physicals and not illness. We waited and watched healthy people go back for over an hour before asking why. They filled the rooms with work physicals and sent one doc to lunch. It was going to be another wait because there is no differentation between urgent and scheduled. When seen he forgot to order the medicine that helps for discomfort. No one called with results despite knowing we couldnt see them online. Very sad to see its really a simple doctor's office for scheduled appts first. Really disappointed in their ability to prioritize patients correctly.

I always have a great experience bringing my children in to be seen. The front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming as well as very helpful with the check in process! Paul was my daughter’s nurse and he was terrific! Very knowledgeable and welcoming. Peter Ojong was the provider that we saw and he was wonderful! He was so great with my kids and tries his best to make them feel comfortable and not a scary experience for them. I highly recommend coming to this site! They’re the best!

This urgent care facility was wonderful. Professional, attentive, personable and quick. I needed stitches and arrived, checked in, got stitches and discharged within 65 minutes. The team was excellent. I would go here again if in the area. Great place!

I had a very bad cold when I went to St Luke’s. The waiting room and office were spotless, and the staff very thorough and kind. The gave me a scan a determined I had pneumonia. Kelsie Pane called me where we were staying and suggested we go to the hospital. Which we did and I was admitted for pneumonia that night. We wound up going back home to the hospital but I would have been very happy to have stayed there. Very impressive! Kelsie was great!

I have been using this urgent care for a few years. This was the first time I received terrible service. The nurse practitioner refused to test my son for flu, causing him to have come back the next day (in which I demanded a test and he tested positive). The nurse practitioner was rude and condescending. I would not recommend this facility. Go to Quakertown instead.
