The best place by far the wait was nothing they took care of me right when I step through the doors the receptionist made the transition so easy and so smooth and she was so friendly she deserves a a+ on everything like she's a great asset to your company she really is I mean if I would have to choose anybody for my business it would be somebody just like that. You really have a winner there don't ever lose her. Doctors were friendly the technicians were friendly it was a very very fast service and they all listen to us and paid attention to us all cared. I will be going back every single time I need my children to see and I will spread the word of mouth to other people.

My experience was excellent, short wait, the doctor was professional while being sympathetic to my stress. She ordered exrays found I did not have any breaks in my foot . The Doctor, the technician, even the receptionist was first class !

I was very satisfied with taking my son to Urgent Care here. There was not a long wait. The PA was very nice. We were seen and given meds in a timely manner.

If I didn't have to give any stars I would. This place is one of the worst places to go . My daughter went in with ear pain and walks out being told she has mumps !? Dr never even looked on her ear. She had no symptoms other than that and the pain is radiation down her neck. Walked out with some info about mumps and a script for a steroid. Went directly to the hospital for second opinion because no way did I believe this diagnosis. ( Also she works with people who are immune compromised) . After another copay she does not have mumps she has an ear infection. This is not my first bad experience there but I have had good recently . Figured since it was close we would take a chance. Went here for an ear ache and neck pain. Dr Vasudha Chivukula did not even feel my neck or my glands in my neck she looked in my ear said she seen nothing and said I had the mumps. I was vaccinated for this and is very rare let alone I didn't even have the symptoms of the mumps! She told me to suck on a lemon candy and use and Ice pack on my neck and sent me out. I knew this was wrong and went to another urgent care right away where I was seen by TWO different doctors at this next urgent care who both clarified I 100% did not have the mumps I had an ear infection (dr clearly seen fluid in my ear in which chivukula said she seen nothing of) and twisted muscle.
