St. Luke's Care Now - Quakertown (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

Not sure if it was just the day of the week I went.. but you wait forever before they even check you in but have a self check when you walk in, so you check in twice.. then you wait forever to be called back, and then you are left in a room for 45min.. like 15 minutes is the normal time you wait to be seen by a doctor after the nurse goes everything with you.. right? I’m I crazy for being fed up about all this.. this is insane.. right? If I didn’t have to come here for work injuries.. I would not come here.

I have come to this office often, sometimes for myself and more frequently for my children. When I was able to make an appointment online I didn’t have much of a wait, if it is busy you may wait a while. I never felt the wait was an issue, I am beyond thankful we can be seen by a care team that is kind and professional during off hours or when I can’t get in to our PCP. The nurses and doctors give you full attention when it’s your turn to be seen. I highly recommend this office to my friends and family.

I can't fathom why people are saying they're in and out quickly because I was in the waiting room for 2 hours with nausea and vomiting before i was seen. The wait is absolutely ridiculous and if this wasn't the only urgent care my insurance takes within 20 miles of me I would have left and gone elsewhere. Two stars because I took my mom here after a fall earlier in the month and she was seen after 45-60 minutes in waiting room and they did manage to get her wound cleaned up and stitched and made it painless for her, who is scared ER's and Doctors. I commend the physician for that, but the wait is absolutely ridiculous. Edit: Taken back nearly two hours later, nurse and doctor came in right away and handled everything with grace and apologized for wait times. They knew it was exceptionall

I’m really grateful for the doctor, nurse and xray Tech I saw today. All of them were amazing. My son was in for a possible broken collarbone. They were all so kind and caring towards my son. Everything was done very quickly. Unfortunately he does have a broken collarbone but we were in good care here and got all the information we needed to go forward. They have a great team here!

Need to get your "skip the wait" system in order. Had a "skip the wait" appointment at 11:30 AM didn't get called to be seen until 2:47 PM absolutely ridiculous waste of my valuable time waiting for over 3 hours for a basic sick appointment. Then I had the privilege of sitting in the exam room for an additional 45 minutes before finally being seen by the Doctor. You shouldn't have people come in to waste their time sitting in your office for hours after the time you said the appointment would be.
