St. Luke's Care Now - Spring Township (Walk- in care) and Occupational Medicine

Had to go back twice because my symptoms weren’t going away and had gotten worse. The PA put in for a lung X-ray (which is right there) and when the X-ray technician was concerned with something she saw, she quickly had the radiology team look at it. The whole team worked together swiftly and efficiently. The wait time in the waiting room was minimal so I was able to get in and out for both appointments quickly and without little exposure to others. Highly recommend their Urgent Care for these types of illnesses.

We had the best experience here that I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. We were taken back quickly, and the nurse asked thorough questions and then filled in the CRPN before she came into the room. The X-ray tech came right away to do the X-rays, and then the CRPN came right back in the room with the results. I couldn’t believe how quickly we were already heading home with the answers we needed. I will never go anywhere else for urgent care.

Disappointing lab experience at this location. The check in staff could exhibit more sense of urgency and more empathy. I verbally stated, at least 2 times, that I am immunocompromised & waiting in this waiting area with very sick people is not good for my health. Which is the reason I made an appointment in advance and made clear detailed notes on my appointment. I arrived 15 mins prior to appointment but was not called up to check in for over 20 mins, 5 mins past my appt time. When I explained my lab order was in my email, the front staff was inpatient and made me step aside so she could prioritize checking others in. This is a reasonable request if it takes me more than 2 mins, but it did not. So then, after a whole hour of waiting past my appointment and no clear indication of how much

I went to urgent care for a finger injury and had a great experience. Melissa, Olivia, RN Haylee, and NP Tiffany were all amazing and made me feel genuinely cared for. Thank you all so much for all you do.

My husband and I both recently went to this urgent care for different reasons and were treated promptly, professionally and with great care. I highly recommend this site to anyone seeking medical attention.
