St. Luke's Care Now - Upper Perkiomen (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

Always a great experience here. My daughter was seen immediately and our visit was quick and efficient. Everyone was kind, caring and helpful. The nurse and doctor were knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough- they carefully listened and addressed our concerns and took the time to answer our questions.

As a retired nurse I can say plus 10 care but also on personal side of care was so much more than that. Was like I was part of their family like they cared. I do not mince words I speak from what I saw and felt as someone depending on my survival because of care. I felt safe and that is important. Everyone housekeeping dietary X-ray nursing drs all kinds care above and beyond. Thank you for caring❤️

Waited 90 plus minutes for the PA to come in and spend a minute or two with me. I felt he was not very attentive during our short chat, we he seemed in a hurry to end. I question my decision to go here and, more importantly, whether or not I got sound medical advice. Update: I had to go back to my regular doctor who found I have a sinus infection and that what I was prescribed at this location doesn't do much for that. Glad that I finally got good medical advice although the visit to St Lukes was a waste of time and days of illness.

Receptionist, and or nurse were nice but the male dr (whoever I spoke to) could work on his attitude or at least pretend he likes his job. Kinda passive aggressive for his profession. He did give me a list of doctors I could schedule with though. Overall the nurse and the person at the front desk had good customer service , but the doctor needs to leave his problems at home. (Edit) also I told him I’m having trouble swallowing and he in my after visit summary he just wrote fatigue.

Got in quickly and seen by nurse who saw the problem. As she was making a decision about what to do, a doctor came in, took a look, and told me to go to the ER as there was a concern that I might have a DVT. They called ahead to let the ER know that I was on my way and I was seen to quickly.
