St. Mary’s Hospital Emergency Room

While on my way to Athens with my son for a competition I began to feel unwell. I hate hospitals. This place is AMAZING. I was seen within 10 minutes of walking through the door. I was heard. I was spoken to respectfully and compassionately. Every person I met was kind and patient and not rushed. Jessica. Danielle. Emily. The chest xray girl (whose name escapes me). The NP. All of them. I walked in there afraid I was having a heart attack and was so well cared for I left 2 hours later with a peace of mind and body I haven’t experienced in years. I wish the hospitals near my house in Marietta were this good. They have all the fancy tech but they are overrun and overwhelmed and understaffed. St Mary’s is old school medicine and we need more of that

No private toilets on 7th floor nuerology. Have to use a bed pan.

I was neglected and abused here and am considering filing a lawsuit against the hospital, security services, and the security guard personally. IF YOU NEED HELP GO TO PIEDMONT HOSPITAL ,DON'T GO TO ST MARY'S!!!!

Dr. Eagleson and my nurse Macey were amazing, all the other staff was very wonderful as well.

They were awesome!
